Course Requirements

To attain the TLI41816 Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations, 21 units must be successfully completed comprising of 3 core and 18 elective units.

Selection criteria will take into account various factors when deciding upon which students/trainees will be offered places in the program including;

  • The student or trainee needs and desired outcomes
  • The ability and commitment of the student or trainee to complete the course;
  • Eligibility requirements listed in the applicable National Training Package;
  • Students existing ability in the ACSF core skills, (learning, reading, writing, oral communication and numeracy)

Students or trainees not meeting these requirements will be directed to more suitable qualifications or skill development programs.

Work Placement

Participants must undertake a minimum of 50 hours of work experience if not already employed in one of the roles mentioned on this course page within a warehousing/storage facility. This work experience must be recorded in a work experience log book. A Kirana VET Teacher will visit participants in the workplace to assess the skills required in this qualification.
